A lazy loser that can't take care of themselves or get a real job so they enlist in the military services without the integrity needed and just sustain themselves off the governments tit as long as possible.
He is a total Warfare Queen, he doesn't even take care of his only child but he does get tax payer money to support his drinking and Chipotle habit.
