People who believe vaccines are damaging and/or give autism. They will generally base their information off of misinformed or false facts.
The woman refused her sons vaccines, and by the way she's talking about how bad they are she is obviously a anti-vax mom.

A person who has not been vaccinated, but identifies as having had a vaccination, and wants to be treated as such. Much in the same way that a person who might not have been born sporting a vagina, however wakes up one glorious day and decides that he now identifies as someone who has always had a va-jj.

Doctor: Umm I were did you find that out ?
Anti-vaxxer: I did 2 hours of research on Google and Wikipedia

and I think you should vaccinate your child for their safety.
