To uncontrollably shit, piss and throw up all at the same time. Usually as result of a food-borne illness. The lovechild of food poisoning and a full bladder.

I shouldn't have eaten that street food with a gallon of tea in India. I was triple crowning in a field until the next morning.

Triple Crowning

When a person induces any narcotic drug in the form of 2 uppers, and 1 downer. For example cocaine, xanax, and ecstacy all induced within 30 minutes.

Uppers: Ecstacy, Cocaine, Speed, Adderal, ect.
Downers: Xanax, Oxycodone, Promethazine, Triazolam
