She is shy. She's short or average height, unusual hair color. Her eyes are gorgeous! You will fall in love with her. She falls in love easily. Tofunmis are so smart, and bookish. Although she has a limited friend group, she is really a nice girl. You will see her laughing at anything, even when she feels sad. She has the cutest natural smile. She has too high expectations of herself, which is one of her faults. But she is just a completely awesome, beautiful and amazing girl.And nice curves? She is very open minded in a good way, well rounded. Just a friend to all. She is shy in real life and sometimes depressed, but just help her out and give her a hug.Tofunmis love hugs! to turn soymilk into tofu by adding nigari (magnesium chloride) or calcium sulfate. it is also achieved on a home scale by adding an acid such as vinegar or lemon juice to create a substitute for buttermilk in recipes.

and finally, it unintentionally happens when adding cold soymilk to hot coffee, which creates curdles and little tofu-y bits. (this can be avoided by putting the soymilk in the bottom of the mug and slowly adding the coffee to cook/acidify the soymilk slowly, which creates far smaller particles of tofu.)

tofuification
