A term used to describe a technique used while performing Fellatio on a Male. This involves placing one of your cupped palms under your upper teeth and the other cupped palm under your bottom teeth while both hands are inside your mouth. This allows you to hold your mouth open wide so that you can slide your hands and tongue up and down on the male organ while simultaneously sucking like a fish and pushing up on your lips. This act causes you to resemble the fish version and really the real version of Don Knotts from that Incredible Mr. Limpet movie.
