The Brandon Complex

Similar to a God-complex, except only douchebagary ensues. Typically an only child, and often named Brandon(although they do not have to be named such), the subject says things to impress people that are unimpressive, and when called out on such, give you an angry, confused look.

Most are also spoiled, arrogant people who do not see their faults and will not accept the fact that they have faults; thinks everyone/everything is annoying, when in reality said person is the annoying one. Most friends are facades and utter insults behind the person's back, for good reasons too.

They also do not know how to properly talk with women, and will turn down women for idiotic reasons such as bad grades, or any lack of common sense. Stay away from anyone who has this complex, for only a failed friendship and your anger will follow.
Brandon, flexing; "Hey dude, I'm flexing. Aren't my muscles impeccable?"

Friend 1: "That's really unimpressive, especially since you are flexing. Why do you exist?"

Friend 2: "Indubitably; leave my premises immediately."

Friend 1: "What a classic example of The Brandon Complex."

Person with old fashioned ideas which he is unwilling to change: Come to the disco and stop being such an old fogey!
You think me an old fogeyand an old tory, his thoughtful voice said. I saw three generations since O’Connel’s time. I remember the famine. Do you know that the orange lodges agitated for repeal of the union twenty years before O’Connel did or before the prelates of your communion denounced him as a demagogue? You fenians forget some things. (James Joyce, Ulysses. Penguin Books,1992. p. 38)

church hurt

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.

Huge. Surpassing normal expectations.
I was fishing with a Spinner Bait and a HONKIN pike came after it and hit it . Felt like a lawnmower running over a brick.
