Giving something to employees that comes at an inconsequential cost to the company; an incentive. Used in the Simpsons when Homer requests more tartar sauce for employees to use on their fish sticks. This theoretically results in better employee moral and, thus, greater productivity.
"Those donuts I put in the break room are pure tartar sauce."
"Let them have their tar-tar sauce" - Mr. Burns
"These lazy employees need some tartar sauce to get them going."
"Give the employees some tartar sauce and then increase their hours."

The thick and smelly white residue that builds on a females fish sandwich like the topping tartar sauce!

The name was created based on the ingredients.
Tartar sauce is made with mayonnaise, chopped pickles, and lemon juice.
So when they made it they said, "Mayonnaise and pickles would be tart, adding lemon juice will make it even TARTAR!" Tartar Sauce!

When a girl gives you a salmon helmet (sits on your face with a dirty dirty vagina) that is extra foul, the tartar sauce is the green/thick/nasty stuff in her vagina.
That nasty ho gave me a salmon helmet last night with extra tartar sauce. I had to clear my throat afterwards and wipe my face off with a towel.
