Girls with Stargirlitis can exhibit any number of eccentric traits such as a love of comic books, a multitude of piercings or tattoos, unusual clothing (but generally not goth-type clothing) or carrying around small pet rodents. Unlike stereotypes of emo or goth people, girls with Stargirlitis are mostly happy. Almost all girls with Stargirlitis are right-brained and artistic.
