The worst of all fence hoppers, these "people" (if they can even be called that) cannot speak english in any understandable form. They tend to populate areas of low income housing and have an affection for gathering around Home Depot. They tend to earn their meager income through working as day laborers, drug dealers, dunkin donuts, and sales clerks at convience stores.

Dow: May I perchase from you a tasty tasty bagel, along with some dilectible cream cheese?
