sono Jannik Sinner
Italian slang for being so overheated, sweaty and mentally destroyed by the sun that you stop functioning.
The phrase comes from Jannik Sinner’s 2026 Roland Garros loss against Juan Manuel Cerúndolo, where he was world No. 1, cruising at 6–3, 6–2, 5–1, then got cooked by the Paris heat and somehow lost the match in five sets.
To say “sono Jannik Sinner” means the sun has broken you.
