A new slang term for a sketchy person who exhibits predatorial characterstics.
Typically fits the sneaky style (hoodies, sunglasses, etc.)

Man "Hey honey did you see the way that guy looked at you?"

Woman "Yeah, he's a real sneaky Jim"
