Meaning "Snake nr 1".

Norwgian slang word for that friend who deliberately endeavors in snake-like acitvities. This phrase is applicable on people who does not show up on agreed time, or change mind at the very last minute while it is too late for the friend to turn back.

The essence of the sandbag is the "check raise", to check, giving the appearance of weakness, thereby luring your opponent to bet, and then raise, or "go over the top".
