Basically when you hit pause during your Amazon show and you can buy the stuff you see on screen.

Citadel is a great example of shopitainment.

Combining the shopping experience with entertainment. This is done when malls or shopping areas add attractions, rides, fun demo's, etc to lure/retain shoppers.

The West Edmonton Mall is famous for shopertainment thanks to the roller coasters and waterpark in the mall.
