A Boddington, Western Australia term, designed to describe the act of owning a multiple-posted bull bar. Bull bars that are heavier duty than the standard ARB and have more than four upright posts as part of their construction. The requirement to be a "Sheila Sledga", is to be manufactured of steel and be able to completely wipe out a woman's existence.
