a short little guy who loves hansoap. you would use seungkwan to describe a very sassy person, also known as a divaboo. you do not associate with a mad divaboo because they can chomp your ass in 0.666 seconds.

seungkwan

a noun used to describe a cute but hectic person, you can use this word when you find someone very cheeky but emotional at the same time. It can also describe a person who is awfully sassy, do not find trouble with a seungkwan because they can bite. Seungkwan is also someone with unresistable cheekbones.

" You are totally Seungkwan, dont work up yourself too much "
" Dont you think you're being a little Seungkwan today. I like it! "
" Since when did you Seungkwan up ? "
