the Nashville-based parent company of Captain D's Seafood, a pioneer in quick service seafood dining, and Del Taco, the country's second largest Mexican food chain. Founded in 1969, Captain D's has 600 restaurants in 26 states and the Carribean, plus military bases around the world. Del Taco was founded in 1964 and operates 450 restaurants in 13 states.
Sagittarius Brands was formed in 2005 when Grotech Capital Group of Timonium, Md., and Charlesbank Capital Partners of Boston acquired Captain D's from Dallas-
