Sherpa Guide 

An individual who prepares or assists an official or highly-placed executive at a conference or presentation. Will often be the brain power behind the puppet. Tasks often include carrying color paper clips, ensuring adequate copies of presentation are on hand and making sure official manages to get on and off the plane.
