Donald's Rump 

A Donald's Rump is when you get a service industry professional or other paid person to wipe your anus for you after defecating. Normally for especially needy or overweight individuals in a Business or First Class type of situation. Usually happens while giving aggressive direction, such as "deeper! deeper!" or "harder! Get in there!".

The fat, old, white man forced the flight attendant to give him a Donald's Rump with the First Class bathroom door open on the flight to Taipei.
