All Robbie wants in life to sleep and eat cake, but his noisy counterpart Sportacus (who encourages exercise and eating healthily) keeps him from sleeping, so he tries to get rid of him to keep LazyTown lazy. He also happens to look like Waluigi from Nintendo's Mario games.
