When a person pesters another until it unbearable. A common response to being ratesque is to feel compelled to "exterminate" the pesterer through verbal and even physical abuse, quite often it is tough to get rid of someone who ask ratesque because they also have a mentality similar to that of a rat, but with enough extermination they will go away.
