Ralucakiss

A word used in parts of Eastern Europe originating from a Latin diminutive of the Greek term Raluc meaning "Cheater or Scammer." Used mainly as a derogatory slur in some areas.

Known to be used to describe unsavory and unintelligent people.

Watch out for ***, he's a Ralucakiss, and one of the dumber ones too!
