Can involve either the quiet rage quit of just leaving without saying anything, or the more loud type that many think of when hearing of "rage quitting". Obviously rage quitting may be frowned upon, but it's perfectly natural. All of us humans have emotions and some of us, when facing an unfair situation or are provoked, just can't stand it. Which is why either we take it out, or we quit. The only thing we can do is quit to be even the least bit respectful. That's where "rage quitting" comes from. We can't do anything about it, so we quit.
