Someone who has made a not so simplemistake. Multiple times.

Robert: Hey, have you seen my phone anywhere?
Mike: Dude you’re literally using your phone to text me.
Robert: oh.... right.....
Mike: you just pulled an Elias haven’t you?
Robert: yeah......
Mike: this is the 4th time this week you’ve made this mistake.
