A subset of paranormal mechanics focused specifically on proposing scientific-sounding mechanisms for psionic abilities: telepathy, telekinesis, clairvoyance. It often borrows from electromagnetism, quantum theory, or hypothetical bio-fields to explain how a mind could affect matter or another mind at a distance. It's the tech spec for a psychic power.

Example: "The Psionic Mechanics Theory in the sci-fi novel stated that telepathy uses modulated tachyon bursts from the pineal gland.
