The belief that you should wait till the last minute possible about to do everything, and dread about how hard it will be while you are supposed to be doing it.

Jim: HOLY SHIT, I only have 1 day left for this paper and I haven't even started.
Joe: It's chill dude, just join procrasitology.

The study (or lack there of) of procrastinating. Usually only undertaken by those who practice extreme procrastination.
