When one smokes the reefer and while still baked helps a friend get on his level by having the friend take hits off of what resides in his stomach by 1. lighting a fart on fire to spark the bowl 2. carbing the mouth with a hand 3. then to take the hit while lighting the fart the friend sucks the dick of the friend who is lit and carbs the mouth to take a hit.
