Alternative to 'sister from another mister'. A close girlfriend that is practically your family i.e. sister. Instead of from a different Mister, you came from the same Mom, or poon.

Friend 1: "I love you guys so much!"

Friend 2: "I'm so glad we're poon sisters!"
