"How I feel after playing a single note on guitar" is a phrase normally accompanied by a caricature of singer-song writer Kurt Cobain, that means that the person saying it feels like they are Kurt Cobain
The joke has been taken further now with people using caricatures of other musicians, normally with a caption along the lines of; "How I feel after playing a single (sound) on (instrument)"
