Perp Vi

Contracted version of "Perpetrate Violence" common among the US Military and paramilitary forces to describe unethical acts against civilian populace. Has since been adapted for all cultures containing an element of violence to an excessive degree.

1. "What are you doing this weekend?"
"Going to a Jason Aldean concert"
"Oh, gonna perp some vi?"

2. "Totally gonna perp vi all over these Iraqi children"
