A message sent on an IM client while the other person is offline.

One who has yet to embrace the use of IM, microblogging, commenting, etc. as a means of communications and "social" relationship building.

A person who doesn’t like to be online and prefers to be offline due to environment, social skills, & emotions.

“Oh ok, I have to go”. -But becomes an offliner and never come back til 2-3 days later

Wrapper offline

A copy of the retired Go Animate website the former developers gave up on a few years ago. Its basically the same thing.... WITH MORE BUGS!

I use wrapper offline a lot, sadly it still has bugs, Alvin Hung might even use it one day!
