A sophsticated term to describe a hoar or a whore, or a slut, or a hoe, or a sket, or a skank, etc.

Meera: "YOU DID WHAT? OH MY FUCK YOU'RE SUCH A MINGO."
Meera then proceeds to slap the life out of Jenny.

No one knows exactly when "Mingo" became a way to address someone as it has been used as a salutation since the complete colonization of Mars, and the establishment of the Martian empire in 2071.
