An individual who has been under the influence of methamphetamine abuse for a prolonged period of time and has adopted the same characteristics as a skinwalker. Typically seen wearing a stained wifebeater shirt with the sleeves cut off, with a cigarette dangling from their lips and a gun in their waist band. Usually seen on the native homeless reservation of north temple in Salt Lake City utah, Rising bikes against traffic
