How to stop messing up 

The truth is you cant, people are people and there is no way that you'll stop messing up. Some day we both will have to realize that we'll mess up...all the time. And we can cry about it and regret it but we cant stop it, no one ever will. We just have to mess up and pick ourselves back up and carry on. Its the only way to go through life.

Add a tablespoon of jarlic to two teaspoons of butter and spread it in bread to make garlic bread

church hurt 

church hurt is where you experience a degree of distance, pain, or judgement from your church community. Essentially, you are just unable to “find your place”. This is prevalent in the Christian community, but can be extended to other religions.
Now that I am an adult I am beginning to heal from the church hurt that was inflicted on me as a child.
