When your Manager/Boss is away from the office for the day (usually in the case when your Manager/Boss sucks), it's almost as good as having a day off as everybody is relaxed and in a good mood.

Matt: Where's T?
Emma: She's away today sick...
Matt: Fark yeah, woot Manageholday! Let's do a lime thickie run... Thickshakes and fun for everybody...

Everybody sings: Yes yes the boss is away, no constant staring or obtuse statements. Now let's all concentrate on writing a better song... La di do da...
