A pejorative given to the nameless, faceless bureaucrats entrenched inside the federal level of the US government. These unelected government workers, aka Swamp Monsters, are political appointees/holdovers from the Obama administration. Collectively known as the Deep State, aka "The Swamp", these Globalists Shills are attempting a coup d état aimed at toppling duly elected President of the United States, Donald J. Trump.
