basically the internet term lmfao, but since some people use it so much they tend to say "lmfao" and sound it out as lumphao

internet:
jack: hey ugly I love you
jill: lmfao youre weird

in person:
Jack: hey jill I just got out of jail lets have kids
Jill: lumphao youre still weird
