A “local Cheeto girl” is a girl that is mainly “ghetto”, is loud for no reason, flirts with every guy, always dragging attention to herself because that’s what they enjoy the most, they wear “fluffy sandals”, they have extremely long lashes, want to start fights with everyone, acts tough when they are not, and always eating a bag of “hot Cheetos” for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
