The state one is in when one does not have a girl; the feeling of sadness associated with not having company of any sort.

It’s the feeling of being trapped under glass just barely visible, but nobody tries hard enough to see you. To scream but not be heard; to cry, but not be comforted; to live, but feel like everyone thinks you’re dead. To be like a ghost, and fall away, forgotten, or just not noticed. It’s to be like so many people; it’s to be like me.
