This word is rather "interesting". People tend to say this because they're a "Weeb" and wants attention for some kind of validation. This word can also become a name, usually a discord mod name. If someone says something about they're name they'll say it's a "Lollipop" because they like wasting other people's time. It's also another name for people that takes too much L's
