Kaylah's are often highly intelligent, adventurous and curious. They are cultural and often have a keen eye for fashion and trends. They are pretty clumsy and can seem blunt and insensitive at times, but really they are just speaking the truth, and are often very thoughtful and philosophical. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
