Jogwa

Jogwa - the bit between jogging and walking. When a person exercising is walking quickly but does not yet have the stamina for continuous jogging. Jogwa is the in between a bit of jogging and then when tired walk for a while, then jog, then walk etc

I'm going for a 10km jogwa. I exercised for over 1 hour and covered 10km with my jogwa
