A phrase used instead of saying "no" or "nah". Used as a form of rejection. Can be used in a variety of ways.

"What you doing man?"
"Watching Soccer"
"Soccer? It aint there"

"What's good? You wanna chill?"
"It aint there"

"Oh shit, what's good kid?"
"My man, it aint there"
