1. Someone who frequently travels back and forth, or lived in Illinois and Wisconsin, thus being very familiar with both areas. The term is loosely referring to the metropolitan areas of Milwaukee and Chicago.

2. A romance between two people where one is from Wisconsin, and the other is from Illinois, thus the harmony of the word "Illisconsin."

3. Areas of Milwaukee County and Lake County

4. Slang for the Hiawatha Rail Line that connects Milwaukee and Chicago

I lived in Gurnee, IL for a while, then moved up Milwaukee, WI. Now I find myself traveling back and forth between the two a lot.
