The name Isse is to have been originated by the latins in the early 17th century,the name was to be given to those who came of great success and wealthiness. But later on the name had been picked by the ethopian tribes who lived in the arabian deserts and nowadays you will commonly see the name Isse in most east african countries and the arabian lands.
