I.E.B., an acronym for Improvised Explosive Bichons, is the newest in terrorist tactics focusing on none other than the lovable Bichon Frise breed of dog used as under cover bombs.

Many politicians from the United States have lost their lives after receiving boxes in the mail containing cute fluffy Bichon puppies that randomly explode at the sender's leisure.

Sarah Palin: Oh my GOSH! What a lovely little dog you are! I'm going to use you as a Paris Hilton style political ploy to win votes from dog lovers!
