Hydromacy (noun) hahy-DROH-muh-see:
The practice of political and diplomatic negotiations concerning water resources and hydropower, particularly between nations or regions, with the goal of cooperation, conflict resolution, and sustainable management.

The obsession and fascination with water and the way it works. The opposite of Pyromania. Those with Hydromania are called Hydromaniacs. They tend to be a lot less destructive than Pyromaniacs.

Word used to describe a person who is obsessed with water and the damage it causes. The arch enemy of a pyromaniac, the hydromaniac uses water to enetrtain himself by killing/injuring/destroying things, animals and people with the use of the allmighty H2O
