This phrase is used by people who want time to move quickly, so they may move on with their lives, ala prison release, military discharge, school graduation...

The inmate said "3 weeks until I flatten this time, so Hurry Sundown!"

Hurricane Dick

When a weather person is showing a hurricane or other major storm on a green screen and standing in such a way that makes the predicted path of the storm form a phallic shape in front of them, resembling a penis.

Bob: Did you catch the 6 o’clock news? The weather guy had a huge hurricane dick going on!
Tom: Yup, looks like florida is gonna get fuuuuucked

(verb) to give unsolicited advice to a resident of a high-risk area for hurricanes, especially while said weather is impending or happening. This is most often perpetrated by individuals who have had no experience with said weather themselves.

“Don’t forget to keep three days’ worth of fresh water, and make sure to evacuate if necessary...”

“Dude! I’ve lived in New Orleans for over twenty years! Stop trying to hurrisplain me!”
