Homeboy is something that ghettos call other people in their "hood". It's another what of them saying "Hey dude what's up". But they intend to look cool but end up looking ghetto (even if they are or are not).

Dude #2: Nothing home skillet.
Dude #1 Lets go smoke those marijuanas whit ma dawgs.
