A Hidden Hater is a person that chooses to insult an idea, opinion, belief, person etc. over the internet, rather than confronting someone about it face to face. A Hidden Hater is usually scared of what someone might do if they were to express their opinion without the anonymity that viral pseudonyms have to offer.

This action is often made more convincing by wiggling the eyebrows or opening the mouth, to pretend you're trying to get a Snapchat filter to work.
