Meaning you have been done over, mugged off, tucked up or royally shafted.

Will Hayler has particularly dirty perpetual habit of mugging people off, ripping them off and generally tucking people up, so much so that the phrase "You've been Haylered" was born - meaning that you now join the long list of people Will has professionally and personally mugged off. Don't worry you aren't alone. (The phrase is now common parlance in the south-west of England.)
